Cooking Classes

Cooking classes will begin late Spring 2008 in Big Sur.  Each class will feature a specific country's or region's cuisine. Participants will learn to prepare multi-course meals of the specific theme as well as learning some cultural points of reference in a fun, interactive environment of discovery. Different themes can include Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, Moroccan, Indian, Persian, French classical, French provincial, Italian, Ethiopian, Middle Eastern, Creole, Latin American and/or Raw cuisine.  The cost for the class will be $50 per class or $200 for 5 classes which will include ingredients, hands-on instruction, and a celebratory meal including wine to taste the fruits of our labor.  Participants may invite guests to the meal for a $25 fee per guest.
