How do you envision your perfect event?
Is it a seated meal, a standing reception, or have partial seating?
Does it have a full bar, a dry bar, or wine and beer and perhaps a few specialty cocktails?
How do you see the food presented? Are there passed hors d'oeuvres or a stationary hors d'oeuvres area? Is it a buffet or a seated meal? Will there be chef stations for pastas, a carving station, or other specialized presentation?
What is the theme of your event?
Is it an elegant sit down dinner, a casual family barbeque, or something in between?
Is there a favorite or significant dish you would like included on the menu?
What are some words, scenes or colors that describe the feel of your event?
Are there any additional elements you would like included (ie specific decor, performers?)
Do you need help planning other aspects of your event?
