Spanish Menu

The Spanish definitely understand the pleasures of food.  Dinners can last 3-4 hours nightly beginning with various
tapas (small plates) and ending with a luscious dessert made from the local ingredients of almonds or olive oil.  
Here’s a sample of what a Spanish dinner can look like.  $39 per person

 Paella
(Spanish national dish of saffron rice, organic chicken and locally harvested seafood)
